Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Cryptance

1. Introduction

Cryptance is a company specializing in providing credit for cryptocurrency investors. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the relationship between Cryptance and its clients (“Client”). By accessing our services, you fully agree to these T&C without reservation.

2. Services Offered

Cryptance offers three levels of financing:

• $5,000

• $10,000

• $15,000

These funds are designed to support cryptocurrency investments with flexible monthly repayment options.

3. Eligibility

To access Cryptance’s services, the Client must:

• Be of legal age according to the laws of their country of residence;

• Own an active cryptocurrency wallet;

• Provide the required supporting documents (ID, proof of income, etc.);

• Successfully pass Cryptance’s credit evaluation.

4. Repayment Conditions

4.1. Credit repayments are made monthly according to a pre-established schedule.

4.2. In the event of late payment, late fees will apply, and the exact amount will be specified in the credit offer.

4.3. Early repayment is possible upon request and requires submission of a file through Cryptance support.

4.4. If no payments are made for three consecutive months, the credit will be canceled, and the associated cryptocurrencies will be locked by Cryptance.

4.5. Until the credit is fully repaid, the cryptocurrencies associated with the financing will remain locked on the Cryptance platform. They will become transferable only after the credit is fully repaid.

5. Financial Terms

5.1. Interest rates and fees related to the credit will be clearly indicated in the financing contract.

5.2. Payments must be made in the currency specified by Cryptance.

5.3. Cryptance does not cover cryptocurrency value fluctuations, and the Client assumes full responsibility for these risks.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. The Client agrees to use the funds exclusively for cryptocurrency-related investments.

6.2. The Client is responsible for managing their wallet and the risks associated with cryptocurrency markets.

6.3. The Client acknowledges that credit is a financial commitment, and it is essential to ensure their ability to repay on time.

6.4. The Client is informed that failure to meet repayment obligations may have serious financial consequences and affect their ability to access other financing.

7. Default on Payment

In the event of non-compliance with repayment obligations, Cryptance reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate the contract;

• Initiate recovery procedures;

• Notify relevant authorities if necessary;

• Lock cryptocurrencies associated with the financing after three consecutive months of non-payment.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Cryptance is committed to protecting the Client’s personal data in compliance with applicable regulations. Information provided by the Client will only be used for credit evaluation and management purposes.

9. Complaints

For any complaints, the Client can contact Cryptance’s customer service using the contact methods provided on the official website. Cryptance will strive to process complaints within 14 working days.

10. Changes to the T&C

Cryptance reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of the country where Cryptance is registered. In case of disputes, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to competent courts.

12. Acceptance of the T&C

By subscribing to Cryptance’s services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

13. Important Warnings

13.1. A credit commits the Client and must be repaid. Check your repayment ability before committing.

13.2. Cryptocurrency investments carry risks, including the total or partial loss of the invested capital.

13.3. Cryptance advises the Client to thoroughly understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency markets before investing.
